Contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving your order and indicate the reason why you feel that you must return your order. Please be ready to identify your purchase by Order Number. If your item qualifies for a return (see
Guidelines for returning merchandise below)
we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and provide our return address.
3. Ship your order by prepaid freight in its original condition within 7 business days from receiving your order. You must use a shipment option with tracking capability.
Contact us immediately after shipping and give us the tracking number so we can start processing your refund.
4. Once we have received your return, and confirmed that it was received in the same condition as we shipped it to you, we will proceed to give you a full refund for the purchase price of the article(s) returned.
Please note:
*Shipping charges are non-refundable with the following exception: If the product you received is completely different from the one you ordered we will also refund the shipping charges.
* If your order qualified for free shipping, and it was shipped with that option we will deduct the actual shipping before issuing the refund.
* If an item from a Your Order Ships Free! order is returned, and lowers the total final count below $99, shipping will be deducted from the refund.
5. Returned merchandise that qualifies for a refund (see
Guidelines for returning merchandise below) will be subject to a US$2.99 re-stocking fee plus 10% of the entire order or fraction refunded, unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, in which case no re-stocking fee will be charged.
6. No refund will be given for merchandise returned without a valid RMA.
