Zaglul paints the picture of life outside and inside the hospital where the lines have been blurred and sometimes the sane people are crazier than the patients, starting with the hospital staff. This is a saddening  story that is uplifting at the same time. The story of a country and the psychiatric patients having gone off to the far end.
